We believe that clients deserve the best, assuring they receive an accurate appraisal report, based on reliable data, so well-informed decisions can be made. We let the property or equipment speak for themselves, allowing inhouse factors to be plenty identify, fully related and linked with economic analysis. Our valuation process meets or exceed industry accepted standards and fully comply with the IVS and USPAS Standards of Practice. We take pride in our appraisers' communication skills, appearance, and professionalism. Our appraisers are professionally trained through accredited appraisal and academic institutions and keep up to date on the latest valuation techniques. The valuation and economics department are led by the engineers Armando Vega and Christiam Vega, both master's degree in Valuation and Appraisal of property from the Universidad de Valle.
